Revised TTA Tool Now Available on SPARS
SAMHSA’s revised Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Program Monitoring Tool is now available in SPARS for data entry and batch upload.
Beginning January 1, 2024, grantees must use the revised TTA GPRA Post Event Form (GPRA-PEF) and revised TTA GPRA Follow-Up Form (GPRA-FU) for data collection.
Grantees are now able to enter or upload TTA data into SPARS for the revised TTA tool as of January 4, 2024. The updated TTA resources can be found on the resources area of SPARS:

- TTA Codebook
- TTA Post Event Form CSV (comma separated values) upload template
- TTA Follow-Up Form CSV (comma separated values) upload template
Beginning January 4, 2024, data entry and batch upload using the new resources can begin for data captured using the revised tool. The TTA Event Description Form CSV (comma separated values) upload template remains unchanged.
Additionally, a CSV Batch Upload Training for all SAMHSA Centers is now available for grantees new to batch upload.
