SPARS New Grantee Quick Reference Guide

The SPARS New Grantee Quick Reference Guide provides an overview of the process for setting up new grants and users in SPARS. Information in this guide is most relevant to SAMHSA grantees and Government Project Officer(s) for grants awarded in August and September of 2023 as well as future grant awards. This guide contains key resources, tips, and contact information that may be helpful to new grantees.

Note: New grants awarded in eRA Commons on or before 9/30/2023 are scheduled to be setup in SPARS no later than November 22, 2023. Setup includes linking Project Directors and GPOs with new grants.
