Data Entry Guide for TTA Tool Now Available on SPARS

An updated Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Data Entry Guide is now available on the SPARS website and can be found on the Resources page: TTA Data Entry Guide.

On September 29, 2023, an announcement was posted to SPARS with information about the revised TTA Program Monitoring Tool. Beginning January 1, 2024, grantees must use the  revised TTA GPRA Post-Event Form (GPRA-PEF) and TTA GPRA Follow-Up Form (GPRA-FU) for data collection and reporting. Manual and batch upload data entry options are available in SPARS for this tool.

For additional TTA data entry support, grantees can enroll in TTA Program Monitoring Tool Data Entry Training on the Training page.
