Welcome to SPARS - SAMHSA’s Performance Accountability and Reporting System.

The SPARS portal supports grantees in reporting timely and accurate data to SAMHSA as well as supporting SAMHSA in meeting requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) of 1993 and the GPRA Modernization Act of 2010.

SPARS also offers multiple options for support: 

• Resources includes materials to help grantees collect, manage, and use data effectively. These materials include FAQs, Question by Questions (QxQ) guides, user guides, and codebooks.
• Training provides live and pre-recorded training on data collection, management, and utilization for grantees.
• Technical Support offers grantees personalized training and assistance on complex data collection, submission, and use of data in SPARS.
• Help tab provides answers to frequently asked questions about SPARS.
