In order to reduce reporting burden and improve data quality, the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) has updated guidance for reporting Infrastructure, Prevention, and Mental Health Promotion (IPP) results. Beginning with FY 2025 Q3 reports (4/1/2025 – 6/30/2025), CMHS grantees no longer are required to enter a Result Description for assigned IPP indicators. Grantees can either enter “N/A” or “No longer required” in the Result Description box on the IPP Results Form data entry page in SPARS.

Please note: Grantees are still required to report a Result Name and Number or Numerator or Denominator.

If you have questions about the updated guidance, please contact the SPARS Help Desk via email, SPARSHelpDesk@mathematica-mpr.com or by phone, 800-685-7623, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
