New CMHS Training Materials Now Available on SPARS:

CMHS Data Entry for Infrastructure Development, Prevention, and Mental Health Promotion (IPP) Training

The CMHS Data Entry for Infrastructure Development, Prevention, and Mental Health Promotion (IPP) training course provides instruction on the process by which grantees enter their IPP Indicator data. This course is intended for SPARS users that are responsible for entering program-level IPP indicator results. IPP results are submitted on a quarterly basis. This training’s learning objectives include:

  • Understand the purpose, process and timeline of entering IPP results
  • Access and edit IPP result data in SPARS
  • Be aware of the corresponding review and approval process by GPOs  

CMHS National Outcomes Measures (NOMs) Client-Level Measures Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The new CMHS National Outcomes Measures (NOMs) Client-Level Measures Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) guide provides answers to frequently asked questions from grantees providing direct services about the new NOMs Tool. The FAQ guide includes:

  • General questions about SPARS and consents
  • Questions about the NOMs Tool and data entry
  • Answers related to data collection requirements
