Service Impact: Some Users Not Receiving SPARS Email Notifications

Dear SPARS Users:
Some users may not receive SPARS email notifications, including self-serve password reset requests, due to a global Microsoft system outage. Users that contact the SPARS Help Desk will receive assistance but may still not receive email notifications until this Microsoft system outage is resolved. This announcement will be updated once the Microsoft system outage has been resolved.
SPARS users may contact the SPARS Help Desk at 800-685-7623 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (except holidays); or via email at SPARSHelpDesk@mathematica-mpr.com.
