SUPRT-A/C, CSAT, CSAP, CMHS, and TTA System Release Updates
News

The SPARS system was updated to improve performance for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Unified Performance Reporting Tools (SUPRT)- Administrative (SUPRT-A) and Client (SUPRT-C), in addition to some updates in the CSAT, CSAP, CMHS, and TTA legacy systems.
SPARS users will experience the following improvements:
- Grantees can now delete SUPRT-A/C Clients through the system, which will allow grantees to delete clients added in error and use the same ClientID again in the system. However, grantees should use caution when using this feature because once a client is deleted, it cannot be undone by the user. Grantees will have to manually re-enter or batch upload all assessments for a deleted client. Any non-Record Closeout data deletion requests can now be handled directly by grant staff and will not be processed by the SPARS team. Record Closeout data deletion requests should still be submitted through the SPARS Help Desk.
- Users can now receive an email notification when their SUPRT batch upload process is complete.
- The SUPRT Assessment Due and Assessment Due Date fields on the Client Management page have been updated to correctly display the next due record.
- The CSAT, CSAP, TTA, and CMHS test grants were removed from the SPARS system.
- CSAP Prevention Navigator Grants are able to access the Behavioral Health tab of the Performance Report.
