Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) Grant Reporting Policy Updates

A new policy has been implemented for Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) grants reporting the SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tools - Administrative (SUPRT-A) and Client (SUPRT-C). 

Effective June 1st, 2026, the following policy updates will go into place for TOR grantees:    

  • The SUPRT reassessment window will change from 60 days to 120 days, such that grantees will have 60 days before and 60 days after the reassessment due date to conduct the assessments.
  • SUPRT Annual Assessments are no longer required.  

These changes are not yet reflected in SPARS. System updates are scheduled for the end of June. An announcement will be sent after the updates are complete.
