MAI-PORT System Release Updates

The SPARS system was updated to improve performance for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Minority AIDs Initiative-Pilot Program Online Reporting Tool (MAI-PORT).
SPARS users will experience the following improvements:
The MAI-PORT FFY2025 and FFY2026 Annual Target Report (ATR) and FFY2025 Q1 Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) are available for grantees with the updated 3/31/2026 due date.
