CSAT SOR/TOR grantees must enter Program Instrument data for FFY 2024 Q1 reporting period by Jan 31

Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) State Opioid Response (SOR)/Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) Program Instrument data for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024 Quarter 1 (October 1-December 31, 2023) reporting period are due in SPARS by January 31, 2024. Grantees should report information and data for all programs and activities funded wholly or in part by a SOR/TOR grant. Grantees can refer to the SOR/TOR Question-by-Question Guide for more information.
