Now Available: SUPRT-A/C Batch Upload Training

The SAMHSA Batch Upload Training is now available on the SPARS Training and Resources pages. These resources support data entry for the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) and Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) SAMSHA Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT) – Administrative (A) and Client (C).  

The SUPRT A/C Batch Upload Training includes: 

• Batch Upload Training Video - Provides a broad overview and visual demonstration of the batch upload process.
• Batch Upload Guide - A comprehensive resource for grantee staff who prepare CSV files, upload data to SPARS, and resolve data validation errors.
• SPARS Cross-Center System Validation Specification – Intended for grantees with more technical expertise who need detailed guidance on resolving validation issues.
• SPARS Cross-Center Data Upload Error Troubleshooting Guide – Designed for grantees with less technical expertise who need support resolving data upload validation errors.
