New UME training videos are now available on SPARS!
User Management Experience (UME) training videos and accompanying slide decks are now posted to the SPARS Resources page. These materials are designed to help users navigate and complete common account and access tasks in SPARS.
Four videos correspond to training slide decks posted earlier this year on new SPARS user management features, including how to find your username, sign in, reset your password, and view or edit your profile. In addition, three new trainings are now available that walk through the latest features for requesting a SPARS account, requesting grant access, and managing user account requests.
