Now Available on SPARS: Resources and Training Materials for SUPRT-P

Introducing SUPRT-P Resources and Training Materials
New resources and training materials are available on SPARS to support data collection for SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tool – Project (SUPRT-P). This new quarterly tool collects project-level performance data from applicable grants funded by the Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), and Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP).
Overview
Grantees assigned to SUPRT-P will use the tool to set annual performance targets and report quarterly progress only for the indicators assigned to their grant. This aggregate, grant-level tool collects information on reach, activities, services, linkages, training, partnerships, selected outcomes, and implementation progress.
Grantees should have received notification through eRA Commons identifying the SUPRT-P indicators they are required to collect and report. If you are unsure or have questions about your assigned indicators, please contact your Government Project Officer (GPO).
Timeline
Effective October 1, 2026, grantees awarded before January 1, 2026, who have been assigned SUPRT-P indicators will begin collecting data.
In January 2027, grantees will set targets and submit the first quarterly report into SPARS for the subset of indicators assigned to their grant.
