CSV Batch Upload Guide Now Available on SPARS

The Comma-separated Values (CSV) Batch Upload Guide is now available on the SPARS website and on the Resources page. The SPARS CSV Batch Upload feature enables grantees to upload multiple data records to SPARS simultaneously using a prepared CSV file.

SAMHSA Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), and Training & Technical Assistance (TTA) grantees can refer to this guide for instructions on how to prepare and upload a CSV data file to SPARS and correct any errors SPARS identifies at upload.
