New SUPRT – Administrative and Client Spanish Tools and Resources Available in SPARS!

The Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) and Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) have created the Spanish version of the tool, Question-by-Question (QxQ) guides and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT) – Administrative (A) and Client (C).
The following tools and resources are now available on the SPARS Resources page:
- SUPRT-Administrative (SUPRT-A) Paper Tool (Spanish) – A brief questionnaire completed by grantees based on information available in client records.
- SUPRT-Client (SUPRT-C) Paper Tool (Spanish) – A brief questionnaire completed directly by the client or caregiver.
- SUPRT-A Question-by-Question (QxQ) – This QxQ guide provides detailed information on deadlines and reporting requirements, data collection guidelines, and a question-by-question guide that offers clarification and additional guidance, as needed, to complete SUPRT-A.
- SUPRT-A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – This document provides answers to frequently asked questions for SUPRT-A.
- SUPRT-C Question-by-Question (QxQ) – This QxQ guide provides detailed information on deadlines and reporting requirements, data collection guidelines, and a question-by-question guide that offers clarification and additional guidance, as needed, to complete SUPRT-C.
- SUPRT-C Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – This document provides answers to frequently asked questions for SUPRT-C.
