New Tableau Reports and User Guides Available in SPARS!

Several new Tableau reports and user guides are now available on SPARS for SAMHSA staff!
SAMHSA staff with an active SPARS account can access the reports listed below using the following link: https://spars.samhsa.gov/cross-center/reports. Note that these reports are not yet accessible to non-SAMHSA members.
- Grantee Compliance and Performance Report: provides a comprehensive view of grantee accountability and progress. The report currently contains data from the MAI QPR, CSAP Online Reporting Tool (CORT), and IPP indicators.
- Program Level Performance Report: summarizes the grant-level performance data submitted in SPARS that do not have corresponding performance targets. This report currently contains data from SOR/TOR Section A and CORT.
- CMHS Frequency Report: provides frequencies for a subset of questions from the National Outcome Measures (NOMs) client-level services tool for CMHS discretionary services grants that were implemented in December 2022.
- Outcomes Report: enables you to track the rate of change in SPARS outcome measures over time. This report currently contains data from NOMs and GPRA client-level tools from FY2021 and later.
- Demographics Report: presents overall demographic characteristics of clients served by programs and grants for which client-level tools are completed. This report currently contains data from NOMs and GPRA client-level tools from FY2021 and later.
User guides are also available on SPARS to support users. These guides include a Tableau Quick Start Guide and report-specific User Guides that describe each report and provide instructions for use and interpretation.
