Revised Demographic Data Section of TTA Post Event Form Now Available on SPARS

To comply with recent executive orders the SAMHSA-funded Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) program Post Event Form has been modified. These changes include:

• Removal of sexual orientation question.
• Revised question “What is your sex?” to include only Male or Female response options. This question is optional.

Starting July 03, all TTA grantees collecting TTA data should use the revised TTA GPRA Post-Event Form (GPRA-PEF) for participant-level data collection. The following TTA resources are updated to include these changes and are now available to assist TTA grantees with data collection and batch upload data entry:
