Revised Demographic Section of CSAP MAI Prevention Navigator Program Tools and Resources

As of Wednesday, October 15, all CSAP MAI grantees collecting Adult PLD, Youth PLD, and quarterly performance data should use the revised MAI-QPR and Adult and Youth PLD Questionnaires. The following CSAP MAI resources were updated to comply with recent executive orders and are now available to assist CSAP MAI grantees with data collection and batch upload data entry:
