New SPARS UM features to create SPARS accounts, request grant access, and manage SPARS user requests

We are pleased to announce three new features on the SPARS portal that make it easier to request SPARS accounts, request grant access, and manage user account requests.

What is new in this update? 

• Grantees without a SPARS account can request a SPARS account
• Grantees with an existing SPARS account can request access to Minority AIDS Initiative Program Online Reporting Tool (MAI-PORT) or SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT) grant data in SPARS for themselves or other grantees
• Grant Project Directors and Project Leads assigned to MAI-PORT and SURPT grants can approve or reject grant access requests
