The Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) has launched the new CSAP Online Reporting Tool (CORT). As of April 14, 2025, the CORT is available on SPARS for the following CSAP grant programs:

  • First Responders–Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (FR-CARA)
  • Improving Access to Overdose Treatment (ODTA)
  • Grants to Prevent Prescription Drug/Opioid Overdose-Related Deaths (PDO)
  • Strategic Prevention Framework – Partnerships for Success (PFS)
  • Strategic Prevention Framework for Prescription Drugs (SPF Rx)
  • Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking (STOP Act)

Grantees can now upload work plans and enter data for the Annual Targets Report and Quarterly Performance Report. Grantees should submit an Annual Targets Report for Federal Fiscal Year 2025 (October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025). Annual Targets will not appear on Quarterly Performance Reports until they are approved by a GPO. Grantees should submit Quarterly Performance Reports for Quarter 1 (October 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024) and Quarter 2 (January 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025). The Quarter 2 report will only become available after the Quarter 1 report is approved. Grantees should consult with their GPO about deadlines to complete these reports.

To support this transition, CSAP has posted the following program-specific resources to the SPARS Resources page:
