New SUPRT - Administrative and Client CSV Batch Upload Template and Codebook Now Available on SPARS!

New resources are now available on SPARS to support data collection for the new Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT)/Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) SAMHSA Unified Performance Reporting Tool (SUPRT) – Administrative and Client: 

The following new resources are now available on the SPARS Resources page:

SUPRT-A CSV Batch Upload Template: This is the CSV (comma separated values) Batch Upload Template to use when uploading SUPRT-A data to SPARS. CSV Batch Upload offers grantees a way to enter multiple SUPRT-A records into SPARS at once and is an optional alternative to manual data entry. 

SUPRT-A Codebook: This codebook  provides field names, value definitions, and warnings or skip logic for each variable. It is available for use when uploading or downloading SUPRT-A data in SPARS. 

SUPRT-C CSV Batch Upload Template: This is the CSV (comma separated values) Batch Upload Template to use when uploading SUPRT-C data to SPARS. CSV Batch Upload offers grantees a way to enter multiple SUPRT-C records into SPARS at once and is an optional alternative to manual data entry. 

SUPRT-C Codebook: This codebook provides field names, value definitions, and warnings or skip logic for each variable. It is available for use when uploading or downloading SUPRT-C data in SPARS. 

Announcements are posted on SPARS and grantees will be notified via email as additional resources become available.
