New CSAP MAI Resources Now Available on SPARS

The Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) renewed the Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) Prevention Navigator Adult Questionnaire, Youth Questionnaire, and Quarterly Performance Report. These renewed resources are now available for download on the Resources page. Both Adult and Youth Questionnaires are available in English and Spanish versions.

  • Data collection and reporting items are substantively unchanged.
  • The printable PDF versions of the tools have updated OMB control numbers, expiration dates, new “refused” response options for some questions, and formatting changes to improve readability.
  • MAI Prevention Navigator grantees collecting data on printable PDF versions should download and use these renewed resources.
  • Materials with an expiration date of 11/30/2024 should no longer be used.
