CMHS & CSAT Report Guides Now Available on SPARS

The Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) and Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) have released new report guides available on the SPARS Resources page.

 

  • The CMHS Demographics Report Guide instructs users on how to access and navigate the CMHS Demographics Report; this report allows users to determine the characteristics of clients served by CMHS programs and grants.
  • The CMHS IPP Performance Report Guide instructs users on how to access and navigate the CMHS IPP Performance Report; this report allows users to track and compare Infrastructure Development, Prevention and Mental Health Promotion (IPP) indicator results for CMHS programs and grants to annual goals for an associated federal fiscal year (FFY).
  • The CMHS Reassessment Interview Rate Report Guide instructs users on how to access and navigate the CMHS Reassessment Interview Rate Report; this report allows users to assess if CMHS programs and grants are meeting the 80% completion rate goal for conducting client reassessment interviews during the client’s prescribed reassessment period. 
  • The CSAT Demographics Report Guide instructs users on how to access and navigate the CSAT Demographics Report; this report allows users to determine the characteristics of clients served by CSAT programs and grants.
  • The CSAT Outcome Change Report Guide instructs users on how to access and navigate the CSAT Outcome Change Report; this report allows users to assess CSAT programs and grants’ aggregated client outcomes at intake and follow-up/discharge across a variety of measures (including NOMs, mental health, risky behavior, and drug use).
