The New Version of the CMHS NOMs Tool Is Now Available In SPARS

Important Reminders

Reminder to all grantees using the NOMs tool to collect client-level service data that all interviews should be conducted using the tool that went live December 10, 2022. Interviews using this new version of the NOMs Services Tool can be entered into SPARS starting January 4, 2023. 

ALL USERS PLEASE CLEAR YOUR BROWSER CACHE.  All CMHS NOMs data entry users must clear their browser cache for the new tool to work correctly.

All interviews using the expiring NOMs Services Tool must have been entered by noon ET on January 3, 2023. No data entry into SPARS for the expiring tool will be allowed after that time.
