The State Opioid Response and Tribal Opioid Response (SOR/TOR) GFAs were added to the CSAT Services GPRA data entry in SPARS. The data is expected to be collected at intake to services, six months post intake, and at discharge. The SOR/TOR grantees can utilize the same features as other CSAT Services grants, including running reports, downloading data, and uploading data.

In addition, the SOR/TOR program instrument was added under CSAT Data Entry for the SOR/TOR grantees to report on opioid-related data. The program instrument is expected to be collected quarterly.
