Grantee Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR) submission and Government Project Officer data approval

As of Monday, July 28, 2025, the SPARS Minority AIDS Initiative Pilot Online Reporting Tool (MAI-PORT) (https://spars.samhsa.gov/cross-center/) has been updated to include new Government Project Officer (GPO) and grantee features. The MAI-PORT will now allow pilot grantees to submit data for the Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR) and GPOs to review and approve data submitted by their grantees. The new features are now available through the “MAI-PORT” link under the Quick Links section of the SPARS homepage (https://spars.samhsa.gov/).
