New CSAT TTC Tool Added and CSAP Issues Resolved on November 25, 2019

On November 25, 2019, a new CSAT Best Practices TTC tool was implemented that replaces the three existing tools (Trainings, Technical Assistance (TA) Events, and Meetings). Best Practices programs can view existing records created in these previous tools, but they cannot create new Trainings, TA Events, or Meetings in the old tool; they must use the new TTC tool instead.

The following GFAs will begin using the new tool:

- SBIRT – Student Training

In addition, all CSAT programs now have access to data visualizations that were previously only available to TTC grantees and GPOs.

Several CSAP issues were resolved as well, including incorrect text in a report and a validation error in the Adult and Youth questionnaire and import function.

Please contact the SPARS Help Desk at (855) 322-2746 or if you have any questions about these improvements.
