New CSAT and CMHS Data Visualization Improvements Released on December 21, 2020
News

The CSAT data visualizations were improved with the following changes:

    • The GPO filter for the CSAT Best Practices Frequency data visualization now only displays GPOs with access to Best Practices grants whose period of performance overlapped with FY2019 or later (i.e., grantees who completed events using the new Best Practice Tool).
    • The Programs filter for the CSAT Best Practices Frequency data visualization now only displays Best Practice grant programs containing grants whose period of performance overlapped with FY2019 or later (i.e., grantees who completed events using the new Best Practice Tool).
    • An option was added to the CSAT Best Practices Coverage and the CSAT Best Practices Follow-up data visualizations to export the results to Excel.
    • Footnotes were added to the CSAT SOR/TOR Kit Distribution and Utilization data visualization to explain what a blank cell and a zero indicates in a cell.

The CMHS reports and data visualizations were improved with the following changes:

    • The FFY filter was updated to list the years in descending order across all data visualizations for all Centers and the standard CMHS reports (note: this does not apply to the CSAT Crystal reports).
    • Two footnotes were added to the CMHS Services Discharge Report cover sheet to clarify how the cumulative counts shown in the summary rows are determined when different “Report by” options are selected.

In addition, several issues were resolved for the CMHS and CSAP data visualizations.
