New reporting requirements for CSAP FR-CARA, OD Tx, PDO, PFS, STOP-Act and SPF-Rx grants.

The Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) has implemented new reporting guidelines for all grant programs that currently report data in the DSP-MRT (FR-CARA, OD Tx, PDO, PFS, STOP-Act and SPF-Rx). For Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 (ending September 30, 2024), grantees will report grant activities using the existing DSP-MRT. For FY 2025, grantees will no longer report data using the DSP-MRT; instead, they will report data using the new CSAP Online Reporting Tool (CORT).
Grantees will be able to enter CORT workplans, annual targets and performance data into SPARS on March 31, 2025, and are expected to report annual targets and Q1 and Q2 performance data by April 30, 2025. After the CORT has launched, grants will follow the reporting requirements posted in SPARS Resources.
Grants that end before March 31,2025, do not need to report data in CORT. They should contact their GPO for further instructions.
If you have questions about the CORT please contact the SPARS Help Desk via email, SPARSHelpDesk@mathematica-mpr.com or by phone, 800-685-7623, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.
