CSAT Section H Programs Added on September 16, 2019

Starting September 16, 2019, SAMHSA now requires that certain CSAT programs must collect additional data from clients receiving services. The following programs should now collect the corresponding Section H questions:

  • Section H3
    • Youth and Family TREE
  • Section H8
    • Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act: Building Communities of Recovery (BCOR)
    • Recovery Community Support Program- Statewide Network (RCSP-SN)
    • Offender Reentry Program (ORP)
    • Adult Treatment Drug Courts (DCT-AD)
    • Treatment Drug Courts- Adult Tribal Healing to Wellness Courts and Juvenile Drug Courts (TDC-ADTRIJ)


For the programs below, SAMHSA now requires Section H8 data collection for the following cohorts for only the FY17 cohorts and forward:

  • Adult Treatment Drug Courts (DCT-AD)
  • Tribal Healing to Wellness Courts (DC-ADTR)
  • Family Treatment Drug Courts (DC-FA)
  • Offender Reentry Program (ORP)
