Availability of Data Download Feature for CSAT GPRA Expired Tool

SPARS users may have experienced errors or technical difficulties with the CSAT data download feature in SPARS which prevents download of CSAT Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) expired tool data from SPARS. We are deploying a fix on April 19, 2023. Effective April 20, 2023, CSAT users will have the ability to download their data for the expired tool.

Please note, the CSAT data download feature for new GPRA tool data will not be available on April 20, 2023. This adjustment will be made in the future. Please look for SPARS notifications or refer to the SPARS Announcements page for information regarding data download availability for the new GPRA tool.
