CMHS NOMs and IPP Tools Renewed Through November 2027

The Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) has renewed the National Outcome Measures (NOMs) Client-level Services Tool and Infrastructure, Prevention, and Mental Health Promotion (IPP) Indicators Result Form for continued grant use through November 30, 2027. These tools were previously set to expire on March 30, 2025. Updated versions of the NOMs Client-level Services Tool and IPP Result Form reflecting the new expiration date will be posted to SPARS in the coming weeks.
